If at anytime during the school year you have medication you would like your child to have during school hours, please download and fill out the form "Medication Authorization and Administration Record" for each medication left on Campus.

*Please note that students can not bring medication on campus. All medication needs to be dropped off by a parent or guardian in the amount of 14 days (or less) of dosage in its original packaging/medicine container.

Cough drops and over the counter medications will need to follow this process. Please write the names of the student on the original package.
