Based on county COVID-19 activity levels, our campus will adopt the protective measures found under "Moderate Activity" in our ResponsiveEd COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines this week (9/21-9/25).
Among other practices, this means that students in grades PK-2 will wear face coverings as feasible in hallways, common areas, and during arrival and dismissal. Students in grades 3-12 will wear face coverings as feasible, especially when social distancing is difficult, including in classrooms. Thank you for your partnership in the safety of the students and staff on our campus.
Denton Classical Academy’s academic program is based on the belief that successful students become successful adults. Our core curriculum is specifically formulated to prepare students to succeed in college. This preparation includes crucial, fundamental, academic courses with a special emphasis on American civics, followed by more advanced courses. Our interest is in educating the whole person, instilling both knowledge and values that will serve both the student and our society in years to come. We wholeheartedly agree with President Theodore Roosevelt’s belief that an intellectual education without benefit of moral training creates a menace to our society. For this reason, Denton Classical Academy is committed to provide not only quality education but also training in character growth.
